职责描述：高级硬件/电子工程师需要精通电路设计，熟悉FPGA、视频图像处理、电池、电机控制器和电源分配系统，能根据系统指标和可靠性要求选择合适的元器件，并确定电路系统设计手段和参数。对小、微型无人机分系统的了解是加分项。

其他职责还包括：

  • 从事小型无人机硬件平台研发，包括方案设计、电路原理图设计、PCB布局；

  • 检查现有电子电气系统，确保达到设计指标并遵循相关运行安全标准；

  • 进行分系统集成，如航电部件、嵌入式系统、射频系统。支持试飞；

  • 对复杂电路系统进行排故，并对设计和工程画图进行必要的文档记录；

  •      与无人机总师配合完成硬件电路的设计和分析工作，并参与预算规划，如工作量、物料和加工成本预       估；
  •      可独立承担新的电路设计任务，决定相应的设计方法和步骤。；

基本任职要求：

  • 电子工程、通信等相关专业本科具有5年以上相关工作经验，硕士毕业生2年以上工作经验，或应届博士毕业生。

  • 能熟练的进行以下相关电路设计：射频(RF)、嵌入式控制系统、FPGA、电源分配、视频模块。

  • 熟悉PCB设计流程并至少熟练掌握2种PCB布局工具。

  •      具有较强的专业聚焦能力、沟通能力强，有较强的团队合作精神。

优先录用要求：

  • 熟悉通用的行业协议，如LVDS、I2C、HDMI、UART、SPI、CAN、USB、MIPI等。

  • 了解电池管理和充电系统原理，有相关工程经验。

JOB TITLE

#Sr. Hardware/Electronics & Electrical Engineer#

 

Job description: 

The Sr. Hardware/Electronics & Electrical Engineer is an expert in circuit design with knowledge of FPGA technology, video image processing, battery technology, motor controllers, and power distribution. In this role, one selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability and determines design approaches and parameters. Knowledge of UAV subsystems is a plus.

 

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct hardware platform R&D for small UAVs, incld. system design, circuit schematic design, PCB layout;

  • Inspects completed installations and observes operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational & safety standards;

  • Works with avionics, embedded systems, and Radio Frequency (RF) links. Supports Flight Test operations, as needed；

  • layoutTroubleshoots complex systems. Documents designs with engineering drawings and written descriptions； 

  •        Performs design and analysis tasks under general supervision of the UAV Chief Engineer and may be           involved in developing budgets, estimating labor, material, and construction costs；
  •        Works independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments；

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Majored in Electronics & Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering from an accredited university, Bachelor’s Degree in with 5 years of relevant work experience OR Master’s Degree with 2 years of experience OR Ph.D. with 0 years of experience；

  • Expertise in circuit design and experience with the following: Radio Frequency (RF), embedded control, FPGA design. Power distribution, video；

  • Familiarity with PCB design process and at least 2 PCB layout tools;  

  •       The candidate must focus in technical, have excellent communication skills and teamwork                spirit；

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of common industry protocols (LVDS, I2C, HDMI, UART, SPI, CAN, USB, MIPI)；

  • Knowledge of Battery Management Systems and Battery Charging Systems；
