职责描述：负责无人机初步、概念和详细设计阶段的各分系统和系统的结构设计，包括三维结构建模与分析、与加工厂家协调沟通、集成、测试并交付三维结构模型。

其他职责还包括：

  • 与无人机总体设计工程师等开发人员密切协作完成产品交付；

  • 解决系统级问题，如应力、结构完整性、热、力学等；

  • 完成需求定义、概念设计、初设/版图、和详细设计、画图、设计评审答辩、及支持加工和集成；

  • 完成设备和载荷布局；

基本任职要求：

  • 理工科本科具有3年以上工程技术类工作经验，硕士毕业生1年以上工作经验，或应届博士毕业生；

  • 会熟练使用两种以上三维结构建模软件。

  • 具有较强的专业聚焦能力、沟通能力强，有较强的团队合作精神。

优先录用要求：

  • 了解结构力学分析，有流体力学、空气动力学相关方面的设计经验优先；

  • 具备多旋翼无人机结构的开发能力和经验，包括构型设计、结构设计、部件选型优先。

JOB TITLE

#UAV Structural Design Engineer#

Job description: 

The UAV Structural Design Engineer will be responsible for engineering the preliminary, conceptual and detailed design of the UAV, sub-systems, and systems, including the creation of detailed simulation models and drawing release, and the coordination of manufacturing, integration, test, and delivery of the vehicle structures.


Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Work closely with the UAV chief engineer and the R&D team to meet the product delivery schedule;

  • Resolve system level issues and constraints, such as stress, structural integrity, thermal, and dynamics;

  • Perform requirements definition, conceptual design, preliminary / layout, and detail design, drawing release, design review presentations, and support to fabrication/integration

  • Conduct equipment and payload layout

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university with 3 years of engineering experience OR Master’s Degree in STEM with 1 years of engineering experience OR Ph.D. in STEM with 0 years of engineering experience.

  • Proficiency in at least two 3D modeling tools;

  • The candidate must focus in technical, have excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of structural mechanics analysis, design experience in hydrodynamics and aerodynamics is preferred;

  • Experience in the development of multi-rotor UAV structure, including configuration design, structure design and component selection.
